We plug our solution into your ATS and as new jobs are added, our team of talent sourcers get to work finding you the best candidates in the market. We will manage job postings on 3rd party sites, search through resume boards, screen applicants coming from the company’s career page, and engage in email campaigns to find candidates.

What managed service offerings are available?
Sourcing on Demand (SOD) – This model provides talent sourcers to help your company address spikes in hiring, new business initiatives, product launches or just augment your internal teams as needed. You can add recruitment capabilities immediately, without any process changes or technology implementation; however, SOD does not typically result in permanent process transformation as other models do.
On-Ramp Sourcing – This greatly discounted model is meant to be short term and help ease our client’s internal teams adopt the ProRank platform while reaping the benefits of the platform immediately. Throughout the On-Ramp process, ProRank’s sourcing team will handle migrating existing open searches onto the platform and open new job requisitions. Over time, the internal recruiting team will take over responsibility for new searches while ProRank transitions into a traditional customer support model.
